- Pistol Model: Please select the model of your pistol. Do not choose a pistol model that you heard was similar, unless you know for sure. We've had some customers say "my pistol made by manufacturer ABC is very close to a pistol made by XYZ, so I think it will fit." This is usually not true unless we're talking 1911s. Even with 1911s, different slide profiles, and how low the rail hangs can cause difficulty in getting a proper fit (note: see blog post here for more information on 1911s). When in doubt, please contact us with questions.
- Color: Here you get to choose the color of Kydex we use with your holster.
- Depth: We offer our Minimalist holsters in two different "depths," referring to where the clip attaches. From the carry position (muzzle down), the "Hip Carry" depth puts the pistol higher on your hip, typically putting the full grip above the belt line for proper grip before draw. The "Deep Carry" depth puts the pistol lower, necessitating "digging in your thumb" to draw the pistol, and is typically about an inch lower.
The holster is made by wrapping a single piece of Kydex around a mold of your pistol, resulting in a very slim holster. These holsters will not collapse, which makes drawing and reholstering much easier. The clip provides ease of putting on and taking off, and is available for 1.5" and 1.75" belts. The holster is available in a fifteen degree cant, or straight drop.
