Shipping & Delivery
Our lead times are listed on the products themselves.  Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping of in stock products.  We provide USPS or UPS shipping for domestic orders.  For international orders, we ship via United States Postal Service.
Privacy & Security
We do not give any contact information to 3rd parties.  We use contact information for your shipments as well as to provide product updates.  This site does use cookies for the purpose of providing a rich shopping experience.
Returns & Replacements
Please contact us within 30 days of holster shipment with any issues that we need to resolve regarding your order.
We are proud to earn your busienss, and will always work to resolve any issue you may have.  If you receive something from us that doesn't meet your expectations, we will remedy it by either modifying the holster, replacing it, or refunding the full purchase price to the payment method used.  Please contact us within 30 days of the shipment with any satisfaction issues for us to resolve.  If there is an issue with your holster as a result of our error, and you contact us within that 30 day window, we will provide a prepaid return label, fix your holster, and return it to you. 
If your holster fails under normal conditions, we will replace it; simply return the holster with a note summarizing the issue.
If you ordered something incorrectly and didn't catch us before we built your holster, you may ship it back and we will provide a 50% credit toward your next holster purchase. 
Ordering
It is preferred that you order via the website, as it uses our inventory system and will accurately reflect what is in stock.  If necessary, you can email products@werkz.com for additional ordering inquiries.
Payment
We process payments via credit card directly on the website.  We use trusted e-commerce solutions and we never see your credit card number for security reasons.  We will also take your checks or money orders.  We must wait for checks and money orders to clear before shipping.
Viewing Orders
Our Web eCommerce solution will track your order.  Please refer to the link in your email to track status.  Occasional email notifications will be sent as well.
Updating Account Information
Orders do not require an account with us.  If you did create an account, then you can manage your order more easily through it.
